Eligibility for Order Cancellation
- Order Processing: Order processing commences 48 hours after the order has been placed.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations or modifications to the order are permitted within the first 48 hours. In such cases, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
- Dispatch Notification: Once the harmonium is ready for dispatch, the customer will be notified accordingly.
Domestic Delivery
While delivery typically occurs within a few days from the date of dispatch, it may take up to 4 weeks for domestic deliveries within India. Delays may occur due to various factors, including environmental, political, social, and other unforeseen circumstances.
International Delivery
While delivery typically occurs within a few days from the date of dispatch, international deliveries may take up to 4 weeks. Delays may be caused by various factors, including environmental, political, social, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Unboxing Instructions
- Delivery Notification: RPGMA The Harmonium World / RPGMA Europe (whatever applicable) must be notified by the customer once the package has been successfully delivered.
- Supervised Unboxing: The unboxing process must be conducted under the supervision of our customer service assistant via a video call.
- Product Inspection: The product will be thoroughly inspected during the unboxing to ensure it is in perfect condition.
- Compliance with Instructions: The customer is required to follow the unboxing guidelines provided by the customer service assistant.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return: Returns are only considered if significant damage is identified during the unboxing process. No refund on return only replacement.
- Major Damage Definition: Major damage includes a broken reed board or a completely broken instrument.
- Exclusions: Issues such as key displacement, buzzing sounds, coupler displacement, etc., are not classified as major damages and are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Delivery & Transport: We use third-party transport companies such as DHL, FedEx, India Post, etc., for deliveries. Customers may also choose to arrange their own transport.
- Packaging Standards: The packaging is maintained to international standards to ensure the safety of the instrument during transit.
- Liability: RPGMA The Harmonium World / RPGMA Europe (whatever applicable) is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling during transit by the transport company.
- Secure Packing on Return: In the event of major issues found during unboxing (see major issue definition above), the customer must securely pack the item using the original packaging and deliver it to our store or workshop.
- Replacement Process: Upon receipt of the returned item, a replacement can be initiated. The replacement process may take 3 to 4 months, as manufacturing of the instrument requires time.
- Transport Costs: The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of transportation for returns and replacements.
RPGMA Online Support Process
RPGMA The Harmonium World / RPGMA Europe (whatever applicable), we provide long-term online support for minor issues with your musical instruments. Here is how our support process works:
- Tuning & Maintenance Kit Provided: With every harmonium purchase, customers receive an "RPGMA Tuning & Maintenance KIT" to assist in resolving minor issues.
- Service Request Submission: In case of any issues, customers must create a service request by visiting theharmoniumworld.com. The service request link is available on the homepage.
- Scheduling Assistance: Once the service request is submitted, our customer service agent will contact the customer to schedule a suitable time for the support session.
- Preparation for Support Session: Customers are requested to have the provided "RPGMA Tuning & Maintenance KIT" ready during the online/video conference session for quick and efficient troubleshooting.
